To show off its brand new LED lighting system, the Empire State Building will put on its first-ever light show on Monday night in New York City in synchronization with music performed by Alicia Keys.

After flipping the switch on the iconic landmark -- which has received a new LED lighting system created by Philips Color Kinetics -- Keys will play her popular song "Girl on Fire" and "Empire State of Mind," while a light display is showcased on the building's tower.

The 9:00 p.m. EST musical performance will also air live on various Clear Channel radio stations across the city such as Z100, 103.5 KTU and 106.7 Lite FM, so New Yorkers with a view of the Empire State Building can tune… Continue reading... ...
