Electric Vehicles International (EVI) seeks vendors as it ramps up in preparation for increased demand in 2013. Xcel Energy subsidiary Northern States Power Co. - Minnesota has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for up to 200 MW of nameplate wind generation in the upper Midwest.
